FAQ's

We charge $24/night per kennel. There is a discounted rate of $40/night for two dogs from the same family that can stay together. If you have more than 2 dogs that you’d like to book for a single kennel please shoot us a message/text. Please note we also have a $12/kennel charge if you choose to pickup during the evening hours.  

You can use our online booking tool to easily check for availability here. You will create an account and fill out some basic information to reserve a spot. We will then email you the rest of our forms to be filled out before your dog’s stay. If you aren’t comfortable with figuring out how to book online or have any issues please Facebook message or text us at 712.470.1029.

We are available for pickup and drop off from 7:00-8:00 AM and 5:00-6:00 PM Monday through Friday. On Saturday's, we are open 9:00 AM-10:00 AM. If you need to make other arrangements please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate! Also please note that Sunday’s we are closed for pickup and drop off.

Yes! We are willing to make accommodations for these dogs. 

Absolutely! When you fill out our boarding application forms, you will indicate whether your pup likes to be around other dogs or prefers to be on their own. Dogs that do well with others will have an opportunity to play with the other friendly pups in the outdoor run a couple of times a day! (If they prefer to be on their own, we will let them have their own time and space outside as well, of course!) 

Due to state mandates, we have to require that all dogs are current on Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper/Parvo vaccines. We also require all dogs to be current on flea and tick prevention.

We ask that you bring along a sealed container with enough food for their entire stay. We will have extra food on hand in case they run out, but please note that this will result in an extra charge. You should also take along comfort items such as a bed/blanket and toys they can have while they are unsupervised in their kennel.  

We ask that you give us as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel your reservation with us. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances come up, and we ask that you let us know as soon as possible if your plans change.
